Our medium/dark house brew is made using both pre-roast and post-roast blends. the lighter roast components of this brew are individually roasted ethiopian beans from the major coffee growing region of sidamo and south american beans. the darker roast components are a blend of darker roasted central american beans. flavor profile: expect a lively a cup that holds a sustained high note, thick rich crema with bright berry flavor and a touch of chocolate.
